Tracie Woods to Lead First Tennessee Diversity Outreach Initiative

Tracie Woods has been selected to lead First Tennessee's (Memphis) effort to enhance its reputation as a destination employer and model for workplace diversity and inclusion.

In her position as director of workforce development and inclusion, Woods will develop and monitor recruiting and inclusion strategies and will establish community partnerships to increase awareness of the company's commitment to diversity.

Woods has an extensive background in corporate recruitment, including previous human resource positions in the financial services and healthcare industries. She is a certified diversity recruiter and a board member of the Memphis chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.
